目的 探讨护理学专业学生应用客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)考核模式对其岗位核心胜任力的影响效果.方法 选取安徽省立医院2018年~2020年的280例护理学专业学生,随机分成观察组(n=140)和对照组(n=140).观察组则通过微课、标准化病例(SP)等进行培训,予以OSCE考核模式进行定科考核.而对照组予以传统护理教学模式进行培训,予以常规考核模式进行定科考核.培训结束时,对两组学生完成理论考试与操作考试,同时从评估和干预能力、沟通能力、评判性思维能力、应激处理能力、知识应用能力5个方面评价学生岗位核心胜任力情况.结果 观察组理论考试成绩与操作考试成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);岗位核心胜任力评价结果比较,观察组评估和干预能力、沟通能力、评判性思维能力、应激处理能力、知识应用能力5个方面的评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 护理学专业学生采用OSCE考核,有利于提高教学效果,提升学生的岗位核心胜任力,值得在护理学专业学生中开展.“,”Objective To explore the effect of applying the objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) assessment model to the core competence of nursing students. Methods A total of 280 nursing students from 2018 to 2020 in Anhui Provincial Hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=140) and control group (n=140). The observation group is trained through micro-classes, standardized patient(SP), etc., and is subject to the OSCE assessment model for regular subject assessment. The control group was trained in the traditional nursing teaching model, and the routine assessment model was given to the subject assessment. At the end of the training, the two groups of students completed theoretical examinations and operational examinations, and at the same time evaluated the core competence of the students in five aspects: evaluation and intervention ability, communication ability, critical thinking ability, stress management ability, and knowledge application ability. Results The observation group\'\'s theoretical test scores and operational test scores were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); comparison of the evaluation results of core competency in the observation group, the observation group\'\'s evaluation and intervention ability, communication ability, critical thinking ability, stress management ability, the scores of five aspects of knowledge application ability were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of OSCE assessment for nursing students is conducive to improving the teaching effect and enhancing the core competence of students. It is worth developing among nursing students.
