读本刊1964年第6卷第12期王耀宗同志“麻疹脑炎及使用激素的疗效问题”一文后,提出几点意见共同讨论。1.原文“给予广谱抗菌素联合使用,包括金霉素、四环素、红霉素及肌注新霉素等,”按红霉素是窄谱抗菌素不能与金霉素、四环素、新霉素同样地说成是广谱抗菌素。2.该文附表提到肾上腺皮质激素,不如可的松类皮质激素较易理解,因为肾上腺皮质激素包括糖皮质激素及盐皮质激素;前者如醋酸可的松,氢化可的松,去氢可的松,去氢氢化可的松及地塞米松等,后者如去氧皮质酮等。文中所指皮质激素实系糖皮质激素,故用可的松类皮质激素较易理解。同时可的松类亦有多个品种,它们的剂量亦不尽相同,例如醋酸可的松25毫克约等于氢化可的松20毫克亦约等于去氢氢化可的松5毫克。再以注射途径来说醋酸可的松与去氢氢化可的松均可肌肉注射,但二者同等疗效的剂量前者是后者的五倍。
