代谢组学是对生物体内代谢物组的含量或变化进行测定,进而研究生物体的整体功能状态的技术。在介绍代谢组学相关概念的基础上,重点介绍了代谢组学研究过程中的样品提取、分析技术和数据分析的常用方法,并对该技术在果实采后生理和病理方面的研究进展进行了综述,最后对该技术目前存在的问题和发展趋势进行了分析和展望,以期促进代谢组学技术在果实采后生理研究中的应用。
Metabolomics is a technique of measuring the content or change of a metabolite group in an organism and further studying the overall functional state of the organism. Based on the introduction of related concepts of metabolomics, the methods of sample extraction, analytical techniques and data analysis during metabolomics research are introduced emphatically. The research progress of postharvest physiology and pathology of this technique In the end, the current problems and development trend of this technology are analyzed and prospected in order to promote the application of metabonomics in the post-harvest physiology of fruit.
