全省水利经营管理工作会议于1992年3月24～28日在无锡市召开.参加会议的有11个市、7个重点县(市)、13个厅直属单位的负责同志共96人,会议由孙龙厅长主持并讲了话,孙厅长的讲话内容是根据中央2号文件精神,提高认识、转变观念,为水利基础产业的建设提出目标和措施.潘志南副厅长作了《迈出新步伐,创造新业绩》的会议总结.会议传达了全国水利综合经营工作会议和全国工管处长会议精神,参观了无锡县4个乡水利站办的6个企业,总结工作,交流经验;表彰了80个先进集体、119个先进个人,有31人获得领导贡献奖.会
The province’s water conservancy management meeting was held in Wuxi from March 24 to March 28, 1992.
