用不同频率电场(频率8~17kHz,强度1~4kV·cm-1)对柠条(Caragana korshinskii)种子处理5min,筛选对种子萌发产生显著性影响的电场处理条件;用筛选所得条件处理柠条种子,研究种子的萌发和幼苗生长对干旱胁迫的敏感性。结果表明:不同电场处理条件对种子的发芽势和发芽率产生不同程度的影响。在电场处理条件中,选择什么样的电场频率和怎样的电场强度会对种子产生显著性影响,需要合适的组合。实验结果还表明,经电场处理后的柠条种子,在干旱胁迫下萌发种子的丙二醛含量的增加幅度变小,超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性下降幅度减少。电场处理产生的作用可增强种子萌发期和幼苗生长对干旱胁迫的耐受性。
The seeds of Caragana korshinskii were treated with different frequency electric fields (frequency 8 ~ 17kHz, intensity 1 ~ 4kV · cm-1) for 5min to screen the electric field treatment conditions that had a significant effect on seed germination. The results showed that different electric field treatment conditions had different effects on seed germination potential and germination rate. In the electric field treatment conditions, the choice of what kind of electric field frequency and how the electric field strength will have a significant impact on the seeds, the need for a suitable combination. The experimental results also showed that the increase of MDA content and the decrease of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase activity of seedlings of Caragana under electric field treatment under drought stress decreased. The role of electric field treatment can enhance seed germination and seedling growth tolerance to drought stress.
