本文对交互分析治疗的理论基础和治疗目标进行探讨，在心理治疗实践中，发现该疗法对角色混乱所致的心理障碍有较好的疗效。
In this paper, the theoretical basis and therapeutic goal of interaction analysis and treatment are discussed. In the practice of psychological treatment, the therapy is found to have a good effect on psychological disorders caused by the chaos of characters.
