随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断深化,医院在未来的发展过程中将面临着新的机遇和挑战,这就需要医院高度重视人力资源管理工作,将人力资源管理纳入到医院未来发展战略当中,为未来医院改革与发展奠定坚实的人力资源基础。本文探讨了新时期医院人力资源管理问题,首先对当前人力资源管理存在的突出问题进行了梳理和分析,在此基础上就如何做好新时期医院人力资源管理工作提出优化策略。
With the continuous deepening of the medical and health system reform in our country, the hospital will face new opportunities and challenges in the future development process. This will require the hospital to attach great importance to human resources management and integrate human resources management into the hospital’s future development strategy. Lay a solid foundation of human resources for the future hospital reform and development. This article probes into the problem of hospital human resources management in the new era. Firstly, it sorts out and analyzes the prominent problems in the current human resource management.
