目的评价昆山市放射工作人员个人年剂量当量水平。方法选择昆山市内所有从事放射工作的医务人员及工人,参照《职业性外照射个人监测规范》(GBZ128-2002)要求进行监测。结果我市放射工作人员5年人均年剂量当量为(0.53±0.02)mSv/a,医用X射线诊疗和X射线工业探伤类放射工作人员个人剂量当量水平较高。放射危害管理有待进一步合理化。结论虽然我市放射工作人员的人均年剂量当量逐渐降低,但工业用X射线探伤的人均年剂量当量为最高,而从事医用X射线诊疗的人数近些年增长较快,因此今后我市放射管理和监测的重点工种为医用X射线诊疗和工业用X射线探伤。
Objective To evaluate the annual equivalent dose of radiation workers in Kunshan City. Methods All medical personnel and workers engaged in radiological work in Kunshan City were selected according to the requirements of “Personal Monitoring Standards for Occupational Exposed Personals” (GBZ128-2002). Results The per capita annual equivalent dose of radiation workers in our city was (0.53 ± 0.02) mSv / a over the past five years. The radiation dose for medical X-ray diagnosis and X-ray industrial inspection workers was higher. Radiation hazard management needs to be further rationalized. Conclusion Although the per capita annual equivalent dose of radioactive workers in our city is gradually decreasing, the annual per capita equivalent dose of industrial X-ray inspection is the highest, while the number of medical X-ray diagnosis and treatment is increasing rapidly in recent years. Therefore, And the monitoring of key types of medical X-ray diagnosis and industrial X-ray detection.
