本书由北京市建筑设计研究院编制,是用以指导本院建筑工程设计的统一技术规则。编制的目的是使院内设计人员更好地执行国家、部委颁发的各项工程建设标准、规范及北京市地方标准、规定,从而提高建筑工程的设计质量和设计效率。
The book compiled by the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, is to guide the hospital construction engineering design uniform technical rules. The purpose of the preparation is to enable hospital designers to better implement the construction standards, norms and Beijing local standards and regulations issued by the state and ministries to improve the design quality and design efficiency of construction projects.
