目的比较Tip-Edge Plus差动直丝弓技术和MBT直丝弓技术治疗安氏Ⅱ~1错畸形引起牙根吸收的差异。方法分别采用Tip-Edge Plus和MBT技术治疗恒牙初期安氏Ⅱ~1错畸形,每组32例,伴有Ⅲ度深覆深覆盖病例,上颌均拔除双侧第一双尖牙,下颌拔除第一或第二双尖牙。治疗前后拍上下颌切牙根尖片并进行根吸收分级评价,对资料进行统计分析。结果治疗后两组患者上下颌切牙牙根出现不同程度吸收,两组之间上下颌中切牙或侧切牙牙根吸收差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论恒牙初期Tip-Edge Plus技术和MBT技术治疗安氏Ⅱ~1错畸形引起的上下颌切牙根吸收无差异。
Objective To compare the difference of root resorption between the treatment of Angle Ⅱ ~ 1 malocclusion with Tip-Edge Plus differential straight wire arch technique and MBT straight wire arch technique. Methods The Tip-Edge Plus and MBT techniques were used to treat Angle Ⅱ ~ 1 malocclusion in the early stage of permanent dentition. Each group consisted of 32 cases with deep third-degree coverage. The maxillary first unilateral canines were removed, Remove the first or second pair of canine. Before and after treatment, the mandibular incisor radiographs were taken and graded, and the data were analyzed statistically. Results After treatment, the root of the maxillary and mandibular incisors showed different degrees of absorption. There was no significant difference in root resorption between the maxillary and mandibular incisors or incisors (P> 0.05). Conclusions There is no difference in root resorption of maxillary and mandibular incisors caused by Angle Ⅱ ~ 1 malocclusion in the treatment of Tip-Edge Plus technique and MBT technique.
