目前绝大多数机动车采用齿轮式变速箱,这种变速箱的一个常见故障便是脱档(又叫跳档)。引起变速箱脱档的原因是多方面的,例如齿轮磨损、轴承松旷、输入轴与输出轴不同心或前后窜动、操怍机构变形、锁定装置失效等等。要查找机车发生脱档的原因,需在行车途中留心观察脱档是在什么情况下发生的:是在加油门时还是收油门时;是在上坡时还是在下坡时;脱档时手握变速杆有否异佯感觉等。
