目的研究亚低温对脑缺血后海马神经元迟发性坏死的影响。方法沙鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,脑缺血时间10min。分假手术组、常温组、亚低温组。亚低温持续时间6h,在缺血后第7d时处死动物进行海马CA1区锥体细胞计数。结果常温脑缺血10min,7d后海马CA1区锥体细胞几乎完全消失,亚低温治疗可明显减少脑缺血后海马CA1区锥体细胞的死亡数(P<0.05)。结论亚低温可减少脑缺血后延迟性神经元坏死的数目。
Objective To investigate the effects of mild hypothermia on delayed neuronal death after transient focal cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods The global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model in gerbils was induced by cerebral ischemia for 10 minutes. Sham-operated group, normal temperature group, mild hypothermia group. Mild hypothermia duration of 6h, 7d after ischemia animals were sacrificed for hippocampal CA1 pyramidal cell counts. Results Pyramidal cells in CA1 area of hippocampus almost completely disappeared at 10 min and 7 d after hypothermia in normal temperature. Mild hypothermia treatment significantly reduced the number of pyramidal neurons in hippocampal CA1 area after cerebral ischemia (P <0.05). Conclusion Mild hypothermia can reduce the number of delayed neuronal necrosis after cerebral ischemia.
