脑血管病是一类严重危害人类健康的疾病,其发病率、死亡率和致残率均相当高。中药制剂灯盏花素具有扩张微细血管,降低血液粘稠度的作用,可用于脑血管病的治疗。现将其在脑血管病中的应用综述如下。1 在脑梗死中的应用刘伟东随机选择急性脑梗死患者100例,入院后立即静滴灯盏花素30mg,1次/d,疗程14天,连用2个疗程。结果用灯盏花素后全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积等血液流变学指标均较用药前明显降低(P<0.01)。甲襞微循环的输出支管径、管襟顶内径、流速等均有显著改善(P<0.01)。说明灯盏花素能显著改善脑梗死患者血液流变学和微循环情况,从而防止脑梗死的发生及发展。盛宝英用灯盏花
