有次我们去上海参观,观摩了特级教师赵赫的工作。她班上的孩子是那样可爱,大家都禁不住频频赞叹:“这些孩子聪明能干得惊人!”可是,据他们的老园主任介绍,这个班当初原是全园最差、最乱的班。为什么不到一年时间就取得如此惊人的成绩?答案当然得从赵赫同志身上找。除了她热爱幼教事业,全身心扑在工作上的可贵精神外,她在教学工作中十分重视调动幼儿学习的主动性,十分重视发展幼儿的智力和创造才能,该是一个重要的原因。举一节图画课的例子吧。
