测定了若干氨基酸对映体衍生物在手性固定相(Chirasil—Val)和SE—30上的Kováts指数及其温度系数,探讨了分子结构对这些指数及其温度系数的影响。提出用不对称化合物代替正构烷烃作标准计算氨基酸对映体的保留指数,并证明这种方法能有效地减少温度对这类衍生物保留指数的影响。
The Kováts index and its temperature coefficient of several amino acid enantiomer derivatives on chiral stationary phase (Chirasil-Val) and SE-30 were determined, and the influence of molecular structure on these indices and their temperature coefficients was discussed. The retention index of amino acid enantiomers was calculated by using asymmetric compounds instead of normal paraffins. It was shown that this method can effectively reduce the influence of temperature on the retention index of these derivatives.
