我们于1979~1982年通过动物实验和流行病学调查研究氯乙烯危害,为修订我国厂房空气中氯乙烯最高容许浓度提供科学依据。动物实验选用Wistar雄性大鼠300只和昆明种雄性小鼠160只,均分为吸入氯乙烯10、100及3000ppm三个实验组和一个对照组。实验组每天染毒6小时,每周6天,大鼠染毒18个月,小鼠分别染毒8和2.5个月。实验采用动式吸入染毒,用气相色谱仪监测染毒柜内氯乙烯浓度。动物染毒前、后期测定10项指标,并于染毒后分批处死动物,做病理学检查。
We studied the hazards of vinyl chloride from animal experiments and epidemiological investigations from 1979 to 1982, providing a scientific basis for revising the maximum allowable concentration of vinyl chloride in the air of our factory. Animal experiments using 300 Wistar male rats and 160 Kunming male mice were divided into inhaled vinyl chloride 10,100 and 3000ppm three experimental groups and a control group. The experimental group was exposed to 6 hours a day, 6 days a week, and the rats were exposed to the virus for 18 months. The mice were exposed to 8 and 2.5 months respectively. In the experiment, inhalation was carried out by dynamic inhalation, and the concentration of vinyl chloride in the cabinet was monitored by gas chromatography. Animals before and after the determination of 10 indicators, and in batches after the animals were sacrificed, do pathological examination.
