本文报道用血凝抑制试验检测健康人群中流行性乙型脑炎(简称乙脑)的抗体水平和某山区小学7～12岁学生的一次乙脑疫苗全程免疫效果。血凝素系卫生部药品生物制品鉴定所供给,效价1:128,检测方法按该所使用说明书进行。
This article reports the use of hemagglutination inhibition test to detect the antibody level of Japanese encephalitis (JE) in healthy population and the whole-course immunization efficacy of a Japanese encephalitis vaccine for primary school students aged 7-12 years in a certain mountain area. Hemagglutinin Department of Health Drugs Biological Products Identification Institute supply, titer 1: 128, the test method according to the instructions for use.
