电大面临终身学习体系和学习型社会构建以及国家建设开放大学的历史机遇,要发挥自身优势,正视问题和挑战。改革创新,完善电大系统、巩固、强化、优化系统办学体制;坚持“一主多元”办学,保证和提高开放教育主体,开拓搞活非学历教育和继续教育,培育发展社区教育,积极探索公共服务体系;大力开展农村远程教育;探索开放式高职教育;建立终身学习、全民学习平台;还要注重内涵建设,提高质量,促进电大又好又快发展。
TVU faces the historic opportunity of lifelong learning system and learning-oriented society as well as the construction of open universities in our country. It is necessary to give full play to its own advantages and address issues and challenges.
