以Bi(NO3)3.5 H2O、TiCl4和La(NO3)3.6 H2O为原料,KOH为矿化剂,采用微波水热法合成了镧掺杂钛酸铋(Bi4Ti3O12)粉体。借助XRD、SEM和EDS对粉体的组成、形貌作了分析。当确定微波水热釜的填充比为30%或40%,将前驱物在200℃反应110 min,可得到单一组成的镧掺杂Bi4Ti3O12粉体;当填充比减小为20%,而其他条件不变,只得到Bi4Ti3O12粉体。SEM结果表明,镧掺杂Bi4Ti3O12的形貌为纳米晶须状,而Bi4Ti3O12为板片状结构。EDS分析结果表明,镧掺杂Bi4Ti3O12的化学组成为Bi3.5La0.5Ti3O12。
Bi (NO3) 3.5 H2O, TiCl4 and La (NO3) 3.6 H2O were used as raw materials and KOH was used as the mineralizer. Lanthanum-doped bismuth titanate (Bi4Ti3O12) powders were synthesized by microwave hydrothermal method. The composition and morphology of the powders were analyzed by XRD, SEM and EDS. When the filling ratio of microwave hydrothermal reactor was determined to be 30% or 40% and the precursor was reacted at 200 ℃ for 110 min, single-component lanthanum-doped Bi4Ti3O12 powder was obtained. When the filling ratio was reduced to 20%, other conditions Unchanged, only get Bi4Ti3O12 powder. The SEM results showed that the morphology of La4 + -doped Bi4Ti3O12 was nanocrystalline whiskers, while Bi4Ti3O12 was plate-like structure. EDS analysis results show that the chemical composition of lanthanum-doped Bi4Ti3O12 is Bi3.5La0.5Ti3O12.
