自1958年10月新湖南报把一部分版面与地、市委合编以后,到今年2月,我市共主编了三个版。在这三个版的组织编采过程中,我们努力做到深入现场,反复研究和修改稿件,以保证质量。版面也力求图文并茂,生动活泼。从主编三个版面的工作中,我们体会到下面四个问题是比较重要的: 第一、市委重视,书记挂帅。工作一开始,市委就指示原来的评论小组专门领导这一工作,并由宣传部长具体负责。每次组稿的时候,都由市委第一书记马壮昆同志主持,召开书记处或领导小组会议,根据当前中心工作,确定版面中心。书记处的同志们,根据分工,亲自安排稿件的内容,并审查和修改文章。这就大大提高了报道的思想性,保证了稿件的质量。第二、发动群众,全党动手。我们根据不同的内容,采取分工负责的办法。这既紧密依靠各有关部 Since October 1958 the new Hunan Daily put a part of the layout with the prefectural and municipal commissions, to February this year, the city has edited a total of three editions.
