本研究在系统分析以往研究的基础上,设置实验探究奖励有无以及它的形式对于团体创造力影响。研究结果发现无论是物质奖励还是精神奖励,都会对团体创造力产生积极的作用。
Based on the systematic analysis of previous studies, this study sets whether the experimental reward can be explored and the impact of its form on group creativity. The findings show that both material reward and spiritual reward, will have a positive effect on group creativity.
