[目的]及时掌握人群白喉免疫状况,评价预防接种效果,以便为控制和消灭白喉提供科学依据。[方法]2012年6月,在娄烦县抽取1 201名0～18岁健康人群进行锡克氏试验。[结果]调查1 201人,锡克氏试验阳性的118人,阳性率为9.83%。锡克氏试验阳性率,男性为8.74%,女性为11.07%(P>0.05);0～6岁为6.88%,7～12岁为9.53%,13～18岁为11.92%(P>0.05);托幼儿童为4.50%,散居儿童为12.96%,小学生为8.94%,中学生为11.11%(P>0.05);城镇为8.79%,农村为12.04%(P>0.05)。[结论]娄烦县0～18岁健康人群白喉免疫水平较高。
[Objective] To understand the immune status of diphtheria in time and evaluate the effect of vaccination in order to provide a scientific basis for the control and elimination of diphtheria. [Method] In June 2012, 1 201 healthy people aged 0 ~ 18 years old were selected for Skeley’s test in Loufan County. [Results] A total of 1 201 people were investigated, 118 were positive for Sick’s test, and the positive rate was 9.83%. The positive rate of SICK’s test was 8.74% in males and 11.07% in females (P> 0.05). The positive rates of Skeg’s test were 6.88% in 0-6 years, 9.53% in 7-12 years and 11.92% in 13-18 years (P> 0.05) ; 4.50% for children in kindergartens, 12.96% for scattered children, 8.94% for primary school students and 11.11% for middle school students (P> 0.05); 8.79% in urban areas and 12.04% in rural areas (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The level of diphtheria immunity in healthy population of 0 ~ 18 years old in Loufan County is higher.
