改革开放以来,我国信息产业坚持引进、消化吸收和创新相结合,始终保持着高速增长的态势,2000年以来,信息产业的年均增速超过30%,对 GDP 的直接贡献率为10%左右,信息产品年出口总额已达390亿美元,占全国外贸出口总额的比重达到20.6%;到2002年电子信息产品对出口增长的贡献率达到了45.5%,预计到2005年,信息产业的增加值将占我国 GDP 的5%,产业总规模达到3万亿元以上。作为基础产业和先导产业,信息产业的快速发展也有力地带动了相关产业的发展。
