目的:探讨雷公藤红素对HMC1细胞表达Fas、FasL的影响及与凋亡的关系。方法:用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡和Fas、FasL的表达。结果:HMC1细胞能自发表达Fas,不表达FasL。经雷公藤红素作用,Fas呈先升后降的变化,FasL低水平表达。Fas阳性率下降与凋亡率增加相关。结论:Fas可能是雷公藤红素诱导HMC1细胞凋亡的途径之一
Objective: To investigate the effect of Tripterine on the expression of Fas and Fas-L in HMC-1 cells and its relationship with apoptosis. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis and expression of Fas and Fas-L. Results: HMC 1 cells spontaneously express Fas, Fas-L does not express. Tripterine effect, Fas was increased first and then decreased, Fas L expression at low levels. The decrease of Fas positive rate is related to the increase of apoptosis rate. Conclusion: Fas may be one of the pathways that tripterine induces HMC-1 cell apoptosis
