针对某汽车A柱加强件高强度钢板热冲压成形过程中的回弹问题,建立了热冲压有限元模拟模型,得到了压边力、摩擦系数、保压压力、保压时间四个因素对回弹的影响规律,并分析阐述了各因素对回弹的影响机理,同时获得了各因素的最优参数值。对最优工艺参数试制的样件进行了三维白光扫描检测,根据检测标准判断该样件的合格率达到95.46%,满足生产工艺要求。
A hot stamping finite element simulation model was established for the springback problem of hot stamping of high strength steel plate of A pillar stiffener. The factors of blank holder force, friction coefficient, holding pressure and dwell time were obtained. The influence law of each factor on the springback is analyzed and explained. At the same time, the optimal parameter value of each factor is obtained. Three-dimensional white light scanning test was carried out on the prototypes with the best technological parameters. According to the testing standards, the qualified rate of the samples was 95.46%, meeting the requirements of the production process.
