对高强度低合金钢HG785D试样,采用两种不同的焊接方法进行焊接:其一是采用单一焊丝进行传统的等强度匹配焊接;其二是采用双金属复合等强度匹配焊接,即先用低强度焊丝(低于母材)焊第一层焊缝,然后用高强度焊丝(高于母材)焊第二层焊缝,依次交替,焊缝填满为止。对两种焊接工艺下的焊接接头进行疲劳性能研究,通过疲劳裂纹扩展速率测试,得到了两种焊接接头焊缝区域的疲劳裂纹扩展a-N曲线以及疲劳裂纹扩展速率da/d N-Δk曲线。分析对比其da/d N-Δk曲线可得,在同一应力水平下,传统焊接接头的疲劳裂纹扩展速率最慢,新工艺下焊接接头次之,母材的扩展速率最快。
For high-strength low-alloy steel HG785D specimens, two different welding methods are used for welding: one is traditional equal-intensity welding with a single welding wire; the other is the use of strength matching welding with bimetallic composite, Strength welding wire (lower than the base metal) weld the first layer of weld, and then use high-strength wire (higher than the base metal) weld the second layer of weld, followed by alternate, the weld filled.
