本文提出用“功率法”计算渐开线内啮合直齿圆柱齿轮传动和少齿差减速器的啮合效率,推导了计算公式,并与现行的“啮合功率法”进行了对比分析。明确指出:齿轮的啮合参数对啮合效率的高低有着重要的影响。指出了提高啮合效率的途径。此法,物理概念明确,计算简单方便,对渐开线少齿差减速器的设计有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, the calculation method of the meshing efficiency of involute internal gear spur gear transmission and small differential gear reducer with “power method” is deduced. The calculation formula is derived and compared with the current “meshing power method”. Clearly pointed out: the gear meshing parameters on the level of engagement efficiency has a significant impact. Point out the way to improve the meshing efficiency. This method, a clear physical concept, the calculation is simple and convenient, the design of involute less tooth difference reducer has some guiding significance.
