本文采用S-2251底物显色法,对放置T形含铜宫内节育器(TCu-IUD)致月经过多,T形含18-甲-炔诺酮宫内节育器(18-甲-IUD)月经过少或闭经、未放置宫内节育器(IZD)月经正常者的子宫内膜纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)活性进行测定。结果表明:TCu-IUD组子宫内膜t-PA活性为111.3±44.6 IU/mg蛋白((?)±s),明显高于对照组(44.2±16.2 IU/mg蛋白)和18-甲-IUD)组(39.4±14.9 IU/mg蛋白),差异有极显著性意义,(P均<0.01),后两组间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。研究表明:子宫内膜之t-PA活性增加是放置IUD妇女月经过多的重要原因。
In this paper, S-2251 substrate chromogenic method, placed on the T copper-containing intrauterine device (TCu-IUD) caused by menorrhagia, T-shaped with 18- norepinephrine IUD (18- IUD) were measured for endometrial plasminogen activator (t-PA) activity in menorrhagia or amenorrhoea and normal menstruation without intrauterine device (IZD). The results showed that t-PA activity in endometrium of TCu-IUD group was 111.3 ± 44.6 IU / mg protein (± s), which was significantly higher than that of control group (44.2 ± 16.2 IU / mg protein) and 18- ) Group (39.4 ± 14.9 IU / mg protein), the difference was significant (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Studies have shown that: t-PA endometrial increased activity is placed in IUD women an important reason for menorrhagia.
