为合理确定降雨等不利气象条件下高速公路安全限速要求,提出基于安全容许速度的雨天公路可变限速控制策略,将安全容许速度定义为道路综合环境所能提供的最大安全车速,即道路线形所能提供的安全车速与道路环境状况所能提供的安全车速中的较小者;构建了综合考虑道路线形、道路环境、视距、路面状态因素的安全容许速度确定模型;基于安全容许速度,给出了降雨气象条件下可变限速标志的设置方法,为降雨等不利气象条件下确保行车安全的高速公路可变限速值选取提供了依据。研究结果表明:基于安全容许速度的雨天公路可变限速方法能够克服静态限速方法存在的不足,提高路段的运行效率和安全性。
In order to reasonably determine the safety speed limit requirements of expressways under unfavorable weather conditions such as rainfall, a variable speed control strategy for rainy days based on safe permissible speed is proposed, and the allowable safety speed is defined as the maximum safe speed that can be provided by the road environment, namely, roads The smaller the safe speed that can be provided by the linear and the safe speed that the road environment can provide; the safe admissible speed determining model which comprehensively takes the road shape, the road environment, the line-of-sight and the road condition into consideration is established; The setting method of the variable speed limit sign under rainfall meteorological conditions is given, which provides the basis for selecting the variable speed limit value of the freeway to ensure driving safety under adverse weather conditions such as rainfall. The results show that the variable speed limit method for rainy days based on safe allowable speed can overcome the shortcomings of the static speed limit method and improve the operation efficiency and safety of road sections.
