中药东川芎是延边朝鲜族自治州栽培的东川芎原植物,具有活血行瘀、疏肝解郁、散气止痛等功效。本实验用东川芎提取物观察了体外培养缺氧缺糖心肌细胞的SOD活力和MDA含量变化,阐明了东川芎对心肌细胞的影响,为临床推广应用提供基础理论依据。
Traditional Chinese medicine Dongchuan wolfberry is a plant of Dongchuan wolfberry cultivated in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. It has the effects of activating blood circulation, relieving the liver and relieving stagnation, and relieving pain. In this experiment, we used Dongchuanxiong extract to observe the changes of SOD activity and MDA content in cultured hypoxia and glucose deprived cardiomyocytes in vitro, and to elucidate the influence of Dongchuanxiong on cardiomyocytes, and provide basic theoretical basis for clinical application.
