目的观察巴豆水煎剂对豚鼠离体膀胱通尿肌肌条运动的作用,并探讨其作用机理。方法将通尿肌肌条悬挂于离体平滑肌灌流肌槽内,采用累积加入巴豆水煎剂的方法,观察其影响。结果①巴豆增高豚鼠离体膀胱逼呆肌肌条的张力,并呈剂量依赖性关系(r=0.80,P<0.01)。②异搏定部分阻断巴豆增高肌条张力的效应(P<0.001)。六烃季胺、阿托品、酚妥拉明和消炎痛均不阻断巴豆增高肌余张力的效应(P>0.05)。结论巴豆剂量依赖性增高豚鼠离体膀胱通尿肌张力,其作用部分经由平滑肌细胞膜的Ca~(2+)通道。
Objective To observe the effect of Croton decoction on muscle strip movement of isolated urethral bladder muscle in guinea pigs and explore its mechanism of action. Methods The muscle strips of the urethral muscles were suspended in the muscle muscles of the isolated smooth muscles. The cumulative effect of the detoxification of Croton decoction was used to observe the effects. Results 1 Croton increased the tension of isolated muscle strips of guinea pigs in a dose-dependent manner (r=0.80, P<0.01). 2 Verapamil partially blocked the effect of croton muscle strip tension (P<0.001). Hexahydrocarbonquats, atropine, phentolamine and indomethacin did not block the effect of croton hypertrophy (P>0.05). Conclusion Croton dose-dependently increases the tension of urinary bladder muscles in guinea pigs. The effect of croton is partly through the Ca 2+ channel of smooth muscle cell membrane.
