例1,女,85岁,干部家属.一年半来右侧面部产生一硬性角质赘生物,呈进行性生长.就诊时见右颊部角化物长约3cm,园锥形,表面粗糙,靠顶部的1/3向前下方弯曲,淡黄色,靠基部的2/3与颊部皮肤平面垂直,黑褐色,其基底部直径约为1cm.整个皮角形态很象羊角.处理:在局麻下行手术切除,术后创口愈合良好.已随访三年无异常变化.例2,女,83岁,干部家属.右侧面部硬性赘生物进行性生长二年,无痛感、不痒,按压或摇动有痛感.检见患者右颊部有一三角形角化物,底部近似椭园形,直径约1.5cm,高约1cm.皮角的顶部光滑,浅灰色,向上偏斜;靠近基底部表面粗糙,呈深灰色.因患者年老体弱,近日又正患他病,暂时不宜动外科手术,待日后健康状况好转后再作手术切除.现正在严密观察中.
