1963年以来,我科采用颌颈部滑行皮瓣修复肿瘤等手术后的大型颌面缺损20例,均获得较满意的效果。现将其中留有照片的3例临床资料报道如下,并谈点体会。 [例1]李某,女50岁,农民。主诉:下唇生长肿物已7月余。由黄豆大硬结已发展到核桃大,近1个月来发展更为迅速且有痛感。1964年8月17日诊为下唇癌,而住院治疗,住院号4546。查体:心、肺等无异常。化验、胸透亦无异常。
Since 1963, 20 cases of maxillofacial defects after operation such as tumors have been treated with maxillofacial gliding flaps in our department. All of them achieved satisfactory results. Now there are three cases of clinical pictures are reported as follows, and talk about experience. [Example 1] Lee, female 50 years old, farmer. Chief complaint: lower lip growth tumor has more than 7 months. Big hard-knot from soybeans has developed into a large walnut, nearly a month to develop more rapid and painful. August 17, 1964 diagnosis of lower lip cancer, and hospitalization, hospital number 4546. Physical examination: heart, lung and other no abnormalities. Laboratory tests, no abnormal thorax.
