从广州市天河区 10所幼儿园的 80 0名儿童中筛选出 78例智商IQ值较低的儿童进行了血铅含量测定。结果表明 ,IQ值在 80左右的儿童 ,其血铅含量的平均值为 0 2 4± 0 0 0 8mg/L ,显著高于正常对照组 (0 192± 0 0 2 7mg/L) ,P <0 0 5。相关性分析表明 ,儿童IQ值与血铅含量呈负相关 ,P <0 0 0 1,r=- 0 86 4。
Eighty children from 10 kindergartens in Tianhe district of Guangzhou were selected to determine the blood lead levels in 78 children with low IQ. The results showed that children with IQ of 80 had an average blood lead level of 024 ± 0 0 0 8mg / L, which was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (0 192 ± 0 0 2 7mg / L), P < 0 0 5. Correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between IQ value and blood lead level in children, P <0 01, r = - 866.
