莫巴克工业公司研制了一种木片处理和筛选方式,它可以把全树木片精选为几种类别,从而使不同种木片得到更有效的利用。莫巴克“A级纤维”分类方式由1个可伸缩的卸车铲,4个串连的震动滚筒筛、木片传送带以及1台二次加工削片机组成。木片经过4个滚筒筛筛选后(超大尺寸木片通过削片机二次加工后再进行筛选)分出A、B、C、D4种不同等级的木片。试验表明,根据材种不同,分选后,A级木片占40-70%(木片尺寸为3/4-1(1/4)时,一般树皮含量1-3%);B级木片占20-40%(树皮含量为6-10%); C级木片占6-12%
Mowbacher Industries has developed a method of handling and screening wood chips that allows the selection of whole tree chips in several categories so that different types of wood chips can be more effectively utilized. MOBASS’s “Class A Fiber” classification consists of a retractable dump truck, four tandem vibrating drum sieves, a chip conveyor and a secondary processing chipper. Chips through 4 trommel screen (oversized wood chips through chipper and then screening) separate A, B, C, D 4 different grades of wood. Tests showed that, according to different species, after sorting, A-grade chips accounted for 40-70% (wood chip size 3 / 4-1 (1/4), the general bark content of 1-3%); Class B wood accounted for 20-40% (bark content of 6-10%); C grade wood accounted for 6-12%
