1960年1月7日,总后勤部卫生部于重庆召开了全军第二届烧伤学术经验总结交流会议。会议进行了13天,于1月19日胜利闭幕。这次会议的任务是总结和交流一年来烧伤防治研究工作的经验,并且在总结经验的基础上修订现行的烧伤防治方案,拟定今年的烧伤防治研究计划和讨论今后三年的烧伤研究规则。出席这次会议的有全军各军区、军种、兵种、军事医学科学院、解放军总医院以及军外各省、市、自治区等52个医疗单位的代表。大会收到有关的学术论文174篇,因此,从学术交流的范围来 January 7, 1960, the General Logistics Department Ministry of Health held in Chongqing, the second session of the academic record of burn academic experience exchange meeting. The meeting lasted 13 days and ended in victory on January 19. The task of this meeting is to summarize and exchange experiences of research on burn prevention and control over the past year and to revise the current program of burn prevention and control on the basis of summing up experiences, draw up plans for this year’s burn prevention and control research and discuss burns research rules for the next three years. Attending the meeting were representatives from 52 medical units of all military units, branches and arms, military academy of sciences and PLA, PLA general hospital and other provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions outside the military.
