超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,简称SOD)是普遍存在于各类需氧代谢生物体内的一种天然的氧自由基清除剂,也是需氧细胞生存和发挥其正常功能所必不可少的一种酶。近年来临床对SOD的研究越来越广泛,对肺心病与SOD的关系也有报道。现将我院20例肺心病呼衰患者与15例肺心病缓解期病人红细胞SOD的变化报告如下。
