浅谈信阳茶文化影响下的餐饮空间设计(下篇)

笔者通过深入剖析设计与文化的关系,从审美和事理两方面解构文化的本质,进一步衍生出事理设计和审美设计的理念。对信阳茶文化影响下的餐饮空间设计提出了三步走的设计建议——“取精去粕”“求同存异”“去伪存真”。从“选址、建筑、空间要素设计”三方面阐述了信阳茶文化影响下的餐饮空间设计内涵,重点从事理要素和审美要素两个方面论证了空间要素设计。 Through in-depth analysis of the relationship between design and culture, the author deconstructs the essence of culture from both the aesthetic and the cognitive aspects, and further derives the concept of rational design and aesthetic design. The Xinyang tea culture under the influence of catering space design put forward a three-step design recommendations - “get rid of meal ” “seek common ground while reservoirs ” “to pseudo-true.” This paper expounds the connotation of catering space under the influence of Xinyang tea culture from three aspects of “site selection, architecture and design of space elements”, and emphatically discusses the design of spatial elements from two aspects of rational factor and aesthetic factor.
