目的：探讨牙龈血流量（ＧＢＦ）、血流速度（ＢＣＶ）和血浓度（ＢＣ）与牙周病的关系。方法：用ＬＤＦ－３型激光多普勒血流仪分别测定不同牙周病患者ＧＢＦ、ＢＣＶ和ＢＣ变化，并分析其与牙周病各临床指标的关系。结果：不同牙周病的ＧＢＦ、ＢＣＶ和ＢＣ不同，各病变组的ＧＢＦ和ＢＣＶ较对照组降低，牙周炎组降低最明显，牙周萎缩组次之，牙龈炎降低较少；病变组的ＢＣ较对照组增加，牙周炎组增加最明显，牙龈炎组增加最少，各组间有显著性差异。结论：不同牙周病患者其ＧＢＦ、ＢＣＶ和ＢＣ不同，ＧＢＦ、ＢＣＶ和ＢＣ的变化与牙周病严重程度密切相关
Objective: To investigate the relationship between gingival blood flow (GBF), blood flow velocity (BCV) and blood concentration (BC) and periodontal disease. Methods: The changes of GBF, BCV and BC in patients with different periodontal disease were measured by LDF-3 laser Doppler flowmeter, and their relationship with clinical parameters of periodontal disease were analyzed. Results: The GBF, BCV and BC of different periodontal diseases were different, the GBF and BCV of each lesion were lower than those of the control group, the periodontal group was the most obvious, the periodontal atrophy group was followed, and the gingivitis was less; BC increased compared with the control group, the most obvious increase in periodontitis group, the least increase in gingivitis group, there was a significant difference between the groups. Conclusion: The changes of GBF, BCV and BC in different periodontal disease patients are different, the changes of GBF, BCV and BC are closely related to the severity of periodontal disease
