壳管式热交换器主要是由一组密闭在壳体内的管束组成。U型管或直管安装在一块或几块管板上,管板本身一般固定在壳体上。这套设备的制造很难实现机械化。生产费用的主要部分取决于管板的钻孔和机械加工,其次是安装,最后则是管子的固定,焊接或折边镶接在一块或几块管板上。可以说壳管式热交换器的生产费用直接与孔的数目有关,为此在各种条件相同的情况下,制造商们趋向于宁可生产长的壳管式热交换器,而不愿生产短的。
Shell and tube heat exchanger is mainly composed of a group of confined in the shell tube bundle.
