一、制冷系统的划定和供液方式的选择根据水产冷库的特点,一般将制冷系统划分成二个蒸发温度的制冷系统:-33℃蒸发温度和-15℃蒸发温度,来分别满足冻结、低温冷藏与制冰和冰库耗冷的需要。冷藏企业为了提高经济效益,一般要将冰库设计成既能贮冰又能做为低温冷藏间使用的两用间,所以冰库又要分别属于上两蒸发温度的制冷系统,这要从供液、回汽调节站上来考虑其系统的互换可能性、但冰库冷却面积却应以做为冷藏间来考虑设计,即冷却面积的配比要加大
