用组织培养法生产无性繁殖系,进行植物快速繁殖是目前植物组织培养应用上的主要成果之一,特别是对那些不能用或难以用种子繁殖的、繁殖系数低的、珍贵的植物尤为有用。因此,人们正在把这一技术应用到各种植物上,用以生产商品化的试管苗。但在实际应用上往往受到一定限制,主要是试管植物一般都要经过长苗培养和生根培养的两道无菌培养程序,这些都是在无菌人工光照和恒温条件下完成的,从而生产试管苗的成本高,在多数情况下往往是不合算的。所以,改进试管苗的生产技术、简化方法、降低成本、提高试管苗生产的效益是十分重要
