采用气相色谱法测定卡维地洛中残留溶剂甲醇、异丙醇、甲苯的含量。结果为:甲醇在 10~ 160μ g/ml的浓度范围内,回归方程为 Y=2.288X- 0.0072 r=0.9998;异丙醇在 160~ 800μ g/ml的浓度范围内,回归方程为 Y=3.5465X+ 0.0960 r=0.9997;甲苯在 30~ 160μ g/ml的浓度范围内,回归方程为 Y=9.1875X+ 0.1174 r=1.0000。结果表明:以上各浓度范围,线性关系良好。本法简便易行,结果准确。
The contents of methanol, isopropanol and toluene in carvedilol were determined by gas chromatography. The results showed that the regression equation was Y = 2.288X-0.0072 r = 0.9998 for methanol in the concentration range of 10 ~ 160μg / ml; the regression equation was Y = 3.5465 for isopropanol in the concentration range of 160 ~ 800μg / ml X + 0.0960 r = 0.9997; The regression equation of toluene in the range of 30 ~ 160μg / ml was Y = 9.1875X + 0.1174 r = 1.0000. The results show that: the above concentration range, a good linear relationship. This method is simple and easy to use, the result is accurate.
