三网融合极大的推动了有线电视网络的发展,传统的有线电视网络向数字化转变呈现出IP化的趋势。有线电视的使用场景也正在由“被动收看”向“主动点播”、“商务”、“信息”、“娱.乐”等方面延伸。对比有线电视网络与移动互联网络的发展历程,两者有诸多相似之处,而后者的发展速度之快、用户容量之大、ARpU值之高是前者难以比拟的,本文讨论了如何借助、借鉴移动互联网的发展经验使有线电视网再次焕发活力并实现融合发展。
