从一九五二年十一月陕西省第二届第一次各界人民代表会议以来,陕西省人民政府在中国共产党、中央人民政府以及西北行政委员会的正确领导和广大人民的支持下,开展了增产节约运动,进行了反对官僚主义、反对命令主义、反对违法乱纪的斗争,进行了国家在过渡时期总任务的宣传教育,提高了干部及全省人民的社会主义觉悟,改进了各项工作,取得了一定成绩。现在我代表陕西省人民政府委员会,就过去一年半的工作和今后任务提出如下报告:
