小模数齿輪檢驗是精密仪器制造中的一个重要問題。本文将齿輪誤差看作是周期性的連續函数,并写成富里哀級数的形式。在此基础上对齿輪綜合指标与周节累积誤差的测量方法进行了分析。分析表明:单面啮合檢驗是小模数齿輪檢驗主要发展方向之一。至于双面啮合檢驗,虽然它不能反映全部齿輪誤差,但这类仪器簡单,效率高,可在車間中推广使用。周节累积誤差是反映齿輪运动精度的主要指标。对小模数齿輪来说,常用的有两种相对量法:由周节差求⊿t_∑及在180°方向測⊿t_∑。理論分析与实驗証明:第一法有因测头安放不准所引起的誤差,所以需要加上测头調整装置;第二法具有本身方法誤差,但仪器結构簡单,效率高,为此可运用于中等精度齿輪在車間中使用,仅在掌握齿輪誤差出現規律的情况下,可用于高精度齿輪的测量。最后,提出对我国小模数齿輪檢驗发展方向的几点看法。

Theoretical analysis and experiment show that the first method has the error caused by the misalignment of the probe, so the probe adjustment device needs to be added. The second method has its own method error, but the structure of the instrument is simple and the efficiency is high Used in medium-precision gears used in the workshop, only in the grasp of the law of gear error occurs, can be used for high-precision gear measurement.
