This year marks the second anniversary of the promulgation of the Law on Science and Technology Progress and the first anniversary of the promulgation of the “Regulations on the Improvement of Science and Technology in Shandong Province.” In the implementation of “one law and one ordinance” in Binzhou, emphasis was placed by the prefectural and administrative departments and the prioritization of science and technology had been implemented.
