本文分析了陶瓷、涂层硬质合金等刀具材料用于镗铰难加工材料的大直径精密深孔的可行性,通过大量切削实验,优选出适于加工高强度炮钢的刀具材料和合理切削条件。对于难加工材料的大直径精密深孔加工有参考价值。
