某砖砌体房屋,3层,平面为规则的条形。该房已使用10多年,除屋顶挑檐处设圈梁、基础设地圈梁外,未设层间圈梁,也无构造柱。为解决用房紧张,决定在3层上增建4层,即为7层。经鉴定,该建筑物砖为 MU7.5,砂浆为 M 2.5,建筑场地地基不均匀,内外纵墙及横墙有几处裂缝。经勘察,地基承载力为150 kPa。楼房为砖砌基础,内墙厚240mm,外墙厚370mm,各层均为现浇梁、预制空心板。
