我们应用善得定（Ｓａｎｄｏｓｔａｔｉｎ）治疗８例食管胃底静脉破裂出血，现报告如下。１临床资料８例患者中男６例，女２例，年龄３９～７２岁。其中５例为肝炎后肝硬化，２例为酒精性肝硬化，它们所引起的食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血，胃镜或钡餐均证实为食管静脉曲张。... We apply Sandostatin treatment of 8 cases of esophageal and gastric venous bleeding, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 8 patients were 6 males and 2 females, aged 39 to 72 years old. Among them, 5 were posthepatitic cirrhosis and 2 were alcoholic cirrhosis. Esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding was the cause of them.
